Perth Law, Barristers & Solicitors, charts its history from the establishment of Saayman Law Pty Ltd, by Timothy Saayman in 2009. Saayman Law grew and in due course merged with a family law firm to become Meredith Saayman Lawyers, with offices in both Perth and Sydney.
Larger firms have a greater cost footprint and, as time passed, Tim began to worry about the affordability of accessing justice. A gap was growing for those ineligible for Legal Aid yet unable to afford to hire a private lawyer. Jarrad Prior, a former Wildcat and current State Basketball League player and coach, shared the same concerns. What followed was the formation of Perth Law, Barristers and Solicitors. To the firm's great benefit, Julian Kirtisingham, an experienced lawyer, Church Pastor, and one of the original team members of Saayman Law, joined the firm 6 months later. From what was a fledgling endeavour with ideals at its core, Perth Law boasts a strong team ready to assist you. With fixed fees for a vast range of our services and a low standard hourly rate client worries about costs and the affordability gap have been reduced.
